Summer Term
This term we will be studying the Ancient Greeks.  The areas covered are: Leaders and Fighters; Believers and Thinkers; Artists and Athletes and Children and Families. This wide-ranging historical topic covers Geography, Science, Art and D&T as well! Learn about the Olympics, Philosophy, Slavery, Battles and much more!

Spring Term

This term we are studying World War Two. We will be looking at why the war began, the changes in Europe, the rise of the Nazi's, life in the Ghettos, Anne Frank, Concentration camps, warfare, the home front, evacuees and much, much more! We will be reading texts such as, The Diary of Anne Frank, Goodnight Mr. Tom, The boy in the striped pyjamas and non-fiction texts.  If you have anything at home that you think will be useful to our topic, then please send it in - 2K promise to look after your artefacts! 

Autumn Term

This term we are studying the Victorians. We are looking at everything from their daily lives, education, poverty, inventions and the Royal family. Our literacy work is linked to the topic of Victorians.
