The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018, and here at Prince Bishops Primary School, we take the privacy of our staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individuals very seriously and work to the highest standard to keep your data safe.

 

We aim to ensure that all personal data held is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). 

 

Here at Prince Bishops Primary School we will achieve compliance by ensuring personal data is processed lawfully, transparently, and for a specific purpose. Once the purpose is fulfilled and the data is no longer required, it will be deleted, as stipulated within our Data Retention Policy.
