How to use Zoom.
In advance of the meeting, you will need to set up zoom. Go to the website https://zoom.us/ and follow the steps to “sign up for free”.
Once you have set up your profile you will be able to join and set up meetings.

Joining a meeting
For security, please do not share the meeting details once received.
You will be sent a link for the meeting; you can click directly on the link that is sent to you.
OR
Once you have opened your profile go to “join a meeting”
Add the meeting number ID provided in the invite email.
You may then be asked to input a password. This would also be in the invite email.
